This multi-level class is all about flexibility, strength, and balance. Students will start with a thorough stretch and warm-up. After warm up we will work on splits, backbends, and extensions. Next, we will focus on balance with head stands, hand stands, elbow stands, chest stands, etc. Partner and group tricks will add even more fun to the mix. Finally, we will work on tumbling skills and tricks such as chest rolls, somersaults, cartwheels, walkovers, and more!
