Improv for role playing

Want to take your games to the next level? Want to have a more dynamic gaming session whether it’s Dungeons and Dragons or Minecraft? Take this fun class to learn how to improv, that is live out loud without any preparation or prior experience necessary. It’s time to level up! This is also a great way to work on public speaking skills.


Introduction to Mail Art

In this class, we will send each other interesting and artful mail on a weekly basis. Students will exchange small art works, art supplies, and small gifts with weekly penpals. Postage and most supplies will be provided by Sara. Some photos of mail exchanged by homeschool students can be seen at Advanced and returning art students, please contact Sara for help find the best course offering for you.


Math Foundations Level 1

Take addition to a new level! Play games as you learn skip counting, multiplication, and division in our first foundation class.

*Extra review class will be held from 10-10:50 am on Tuesdays for an extra $60. During this time we will practice skills learned and play additional games. This will start the Tuesday following the first LOL class.

Japanese for Beginners 1

Konnichi wa! Let’s learn Japanese together! Learn to read and write hiragana and katakana, some kanji, and learn some basic conversation. We’ll also explore Japanese culture! This will be a fun, you-paced class.


Mini Tigers Martial Arts

This class is for beginners to martial arts. This Martial Arts practice provides self-defense skills, fitness, concentration and focus, confidence, awareness and centering.


Fantastic Beasts from Mythology

Explore myths and stories from fantastic beasts from all over the world. We’ll look at the appearances of dragons, ghosts, mermaids, fairies, vampires and other creatures. We’ll compare how different cultures show them and talk/act out different stories involving them. We will do crafts or science experiments that relate to our story or creature for the week!
