Yoga is much more then an exercise program, it’s a way of life. In our fast paced culture, fostering deep roots in mindfulness can help us stay connected to ourselves and to each other. This semester we’ll be exploring different techniques to help quiet the mind and ground us in our hearts. We’ll learn how yoga moves and breath work can unite our mind/body/spirit, and we’ll stock our meditation alters with hand crafted tools to help us sustain that connection. Games, dancing, and crafts will make sure we’re having fun while creating healthy habits!
