Course Description:

This course is a boot camp style fitness class focusing on cardio, strength training and most importantly fun. The course will consist of cardio exercise, light free weight, body weight exercise, agility ladders, balls, hula hoops and cones. The course is appropriate for all fitness levels, there will be progressions and regression for all exercises so everyone can successfully participate.
